Overview: *All positions are located in Fresno/Clovis CA*Up to $25K in bonus incentives (sign-on and relocation)*Opportunities for you!

• Direct impact on quality patient care in a 24-bed unit with an RN-patient ratio of 1:2 but can be 1:1 based on patient acuity.

Click here.Responsibilities: You will be joining an amazing Medical ICU nursing team that is always ready to take care of any patient. In our 24 bed ICU, you will be working closely with an interdisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based care to complex patients with a multitude of diagnoses including sepsis, shock, multi-organ failure, ARDS, heart failure, MI, cardiac abnormalities, and stroke.

You should have the desire to be a patient and family advocate, have excellent communication and problem-solving skills and have the desire to work closely with other disciplines. Qualifications: Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited registered nursing program.
• Current RN license for the state of California, BLS.
• National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale Course must be obtained within 6 months of hire or transfer into job.
• Adult Cardiac Life Support certification within one year of hire or transfer into job.
