Registered Nurse Case ManagerLaconia, NH$38-$43/HRInterim HealthCare is currently seeking a full-time Registered Nurse Case Manager based out of our Laconia NH office.The Registered Nurse Case Manager position is responsible for managing a defined caseload of patients providing direct patient care and comprehensive nursing services to individuals in the community.Job Requirements

• Valid nursing license in the state of NH
• 2+ years of experience in skilled care preferred
• 1+ year of experience in nursing supervision preferred
• Recent wound care experience
• Must be able to lift 50 LBS with no restrictions
• Current CPR certification
• Reliable transportation
