MAKE YOUR MARKRisk Management Senior Expert (f/m/d)How You’ll Make Your MarkYour main tasks in this role are:

  • In this role you will develop the risk & crisis management systems for the international ALDI SÜD Group orientated at international standards (ISO, COSO, BCI)
  • You’ll operate a process for the identification of risks, to determine ownership and monitor status of mitigation measures
  • Your responsibilities include analyzing and determining the effectiveness of established internal control systems
  • You’ll work on the further integration of 3-Lines Model and the management of interfaces with related management systems (e.g. ISMS, ESG, BCM)
  • Supporting with the introduction of a global integrated Risk Management software solution is part of your area of responsibility
  • You’ll analyze and introduce adequate quantitative risk measurement approaches to determine risk appetite and risk bearing capacity
  • In addition, you”ll enhance existing Protective Intelligence capabilities and incident response mechanisms
  • You are motivated by the task of developing policies, standards, procedures, controls, and training material within your area of responsibility
  • Providing reports on groupwide risk portfolio to senior management complete your field of responsibility

Your ProfileThe requirements of the role include:

  • You have an academic degree in Business, Risk, Finance or a related field
  • As a Risk Management Senior Expert you have at least 5 years of experience in a risk management related function (e.g. Enterprise Risk, ICAAP, Compliance, Information Security, Business Continuity), previous experience working in the field of crisis management would be beneficial
  • You are familiar with current ESG legislation and implications for risk management
  • An analytical way of thinking and the distinct ability to work on complex issues independently is a matter of course for you
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and cross-functional collaboration abilities set you apart
  • You are fluent in the English language, German would be beneficial
