Our main goal is using data analytics to support risk steering and monitoring, as well as ensuring that regulatory reporting and monitoring requirements are met. We are an international team dedicated to teamwork and high performance.Your Tasks

  • Analysing and interpreting risk reporting frameworks and related regulation (CRR, CRD), as well as changes thereof
  • Implementing ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) requirements in risk reporting
  • Analyzing big data sets and using the analysis to draw conclusions about main drivers of portfolio movements
  • Supporting senior management in decision-making process by providing relevant information about the changes in risk indicators
  • Translating complex regulatory reporting requirements into business requirements and supporting implementation in analytical and reporting tools
  • Understanding the most important principles of sound data quality management and assuring that the data quality is integral part of reporting processes
  • Collaborating closely with IT and other risk teams to foster better understanding of overarching risk topics and outside the box thinking

Your Background

  • 2-5 years of relevant working experience in risk management
  • Understanding of the banking industry with a focus on risk management and risk steering
  • Having experience with the regulatory ESG framework is an advantage
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and SQL; experience in data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau)
  • Having ability to successfully manage and find solutions for complex and unexpected situations
  • Fluent English, German knowledge is an advantage
