We accompany and develop you individually so that you can reach your full potential.Does that sound interesting? – Then we are looking for you as aRIS Specialist Transition and Launch (m/f/d) – Home office possibleAs an expert in Radiology workflows, you will assist with deployments of Dedalus RIS products. This will include assisting new geographies in becoming stand alone. Analysis of a customer’s existing workflow, assisting in the Change Management to a new solution, Project Management Pre, During, Post implementation and Application support to the end customers. Training of Regional PM, Application, Delivery and Support staff. Liaise with the customer, Local Teams and Global Product Management and R+D to ensure continuous product stability and improvement.Your main tasks:
- Conduct, document and present workflow analysis on current and new workflows
- Configuration of the applications on and off-site based on required workflows
- Conduct user acceptance testing prior to go lives.
- Provide appropriate go-live support.
- Troubleshooting, analysis and follow up of application related issues.
- Engaging with RnD and product management on implemented solutions including providing customer feedback.
- Provide documentation and advice on best practice.
- Plan, schedule and deliver training to all concerned stakeholders, administrators, Radiographers, Radiologists and support personnel both on and off-site
- You support the “Train the Trainer” activities of the key users
- Conduct and document site visit reports.
- Assist bid support in responding to tenders.
- You support our Sales department in conducting customer demonstrations (also during trade fairs such as ECR, RSNA)
- Provide feedback on your project activities to accountable parties
Ihr Profil
- A master’s, bachelor’s or equivalent degree with a strong academic performance Solid HealthCare IT related knowledge.Minimum 2 years experience as Clinical Application Specialist and/or radiographer, or system administrator
- Experience providing application support to clients with complex software environments, preferably within the healthcare sector (medical imaging, radiology)
- knowledge of workflow within a hospital/clinical environment or experience within the healthcare sector is a plus
- PACS / RIS System experience is a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer service focus
- Excellent training and presentation abilities
- Fluency in English (verbal and written)
- Positive attitude, proactive, self-starter, both action and results oriented
- Well-developed analytical, diagnostic and problem resolution skills
- A strong team player, maintaining a high level of quality in a challenging environment
- Continuous learning orientation; keeping aware of new and emerging technologies
- Technical aptitude mixed with a solid clinical hospital background
- Willingness to travel and work out of hours if required.
- Strong communication skills, troubleshooting skills and able to self-direct

The minimum salary for this position is EUR 55.000,– p.a. An overpayment depending upon qualification/experience is a matter of course.Salary: 55000 – 70000 EUR / YEAR
