About the opportunity
The RETS Reporting Analyst will contribute to the development and management of the reporting required by the Research and Education Technical Services (RETS) Program and the newly established Technical Support Services (TSS) team. The role will collect, analyse and present key project and TSS BAU data. The Reporting Analyst provides support to the RETS program by undertaking quantitative and qualitative analysis together with some administrative duties. Analysis will focus on developing and managing a regular and accurate flow of data regarding project status and health, TSS business KPIs and key insights which enable the provision of data for decision support at all levels of decision making. The Reporting Analyst will be adept at communicating insights, and illustrating findings using reporting tools.
