Reservations and Reception Advisors

An exciting opportunity has arisen for Reservations and Reception Advisors to join the Queen’s Accommodation team. 

You will play a pivotal role as part of the Queen’s Accommodation team for Student, Staff and Family Accommodation including conference and bed and breakfast guests (out of term) providing a courteous, efficient and effective service.

There are three accommodation sites, Elms BT1, (College Avenue), Elms BT2 (McClintock Street) and Elms BT9 (Elms Village).

You will be based in any of the three accommodation hubs and will be required to work flexibly and rotate locations regularly. You will work in a shift rota over 7 days, which covers the reception opening hours of 07.30 – 21:00 Monday to Sunday, 365 days per year. In recognition of the flexibility required, a shift premium of 18% is paid in addition to the salary – circa £3,736.98 per annum.
