Offer Description

• Compiling and managing multispecies genomic databases
• Compiling and managing multispecies phenomic databases
• Carrying out based phylogenomic analysis
• Carrying out advanced genome-phenome analysis upon phylogenies
• Interpretation of results, including, but not limited to, the use of advanced publica databases containing functional information.

Specific Requirements

• Bachelor/master’s degree in Biology.
• Training in Bioinformatics
• Programming skills: Advanced programming skills in Python, NextFlow/Groovy, etc
• Statistical Skulls: Advanced, including programming in R.
• Experience with Genome-phenome analysis techniques using phylogenetic approaches
• Experience with large phylogenomic datasets (MSA, large and heterogeneous phenotypic databases)
• Experience in international consortia.
• Highly developed organization skills.
• Someone who is highly motivated.
• Someone who can work in a group.
