Do you have excellent analytical, financial management and communication skills? Do you enjoy developing knowledge of academic research areas and supporting academic and research staff to link these to national and international funding opportunities to support research in Biological and Behavioural, Mathematical or Physical and Chemical Sciences?

If so, this is an exciting time to join the Faculty of Science and Engineering at Queen Mary.

In this role you will support the development and delivery of the University’s research and innovation strategy and contribute to our vibrant, inclusive and thriving research community. You will lead on the operational support and management of research funding, providing support to our academics and researchers through the ongoing development and implementation of School research and impact strategies and innovation activities.

Benefits

The starting salary for those at grade 5 will be in the range of  £39,815 -£46843, for those requiring development this will be in the range of £37,738-£42,021 (grade 4) inclusive of London Allowance, progressing to grade 5. These posts are based at the Mile End Campus in London (postholders expected to spend 60% of working time on campus). They are full time (35 hours per week) permanent appointments; applications to work part time on a job share basis will be positively considered.
