| Description | Research position in the Department of Biomedical Sciences, University of New England, College of Osteopathic Medicine. The laboratory is located in the Biddeford campus and investigates mechanisms underlying the development of chronic pain in the context of stress. |
| Responsibilities | The research technician will assist with experiments that will include cell culture, electrophysiology, immunoblotting, DNA and RNA analyses, immunohistochemistry, and behavioral studies in animals. Experience with electrophysiology or basic programing skills are not necessary but familiarity with this is highly preferred. The laboratory seeks creative and passionate team players, with a strong desire to impact human health. |
| Qualifications | BA or BS in a scientific field. Some prior laboratory experience preferred. In addition, the successful candidate would have:
