Research & Innovation Manager – fixed term secondment opportunity

We are looking for a dynamic, innovative and effective leader of the Research & Innovation Centre for 0.4 FTE for a 6 months secondment. This temporary opportunity will suit you if you enjoy leading research management processes and working with researchers across disciplines, and are excited to grow research capability and impact. As Research & Innovation Manager, you will be instrumental in supporting the team to provide operational leadership to support research management workflows. You will also play a key part in continuing to build a vibrant research culture.

To be successful in this role you will need qualifications as per the job description, and you will have:

• Leadership experience and management skills to work collaboratively with curriculum managers, Research & Innovation team and research-active staff.
• A passion for research, and a drive to grow research and research culture, and build research capability. 
• The ability to work proactively, and the flexibility and skills to work in a changing tertiary education environment. 
• Be highly motivated, enthusiastic, reflective and self-managing.
