Research Fellow (Quantum Materials and Devices)

A Research Fellow position is available in the Centre for Micro and Nano-Electronics, School of Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore.

Job Description:

• Fabrication of quantum scale devices based on quantum materials

• Electronic transport and optoelectronic measurements of the devices

• Publish results in high impact journals

• Support PI to run the research group and provide guidance to junior members when required

Job Requirements

• Ph.D. degree in related area (material science, applied physics, electronics, etc) from reputable universities/institutes

• Extensive experience in electronic transport measurements is highly preferred.

• At least 2 first-author publications in high-impact journals 

• Highly motivated to carry out competitive research projects

• Being a reliable individual to work independently and collaborate with others

• Proficiency in English
