Research Fellow (Polymer Chemistry)

The School of Chemistry, Chemical Engineering and Biotechnology (CCEB) invites applications for the position of Research Fellow. 

The Research Fellow will work on polymer chemistry with focus on the following research themes.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Synthesis of structurally controlled polymers via radical polymerization.

• Creation of advanced polymer materials using structurally controlled polymers.

Job Requirements: 

• PhD in the field of chemistry.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team with strong initiatives.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good synthetic experimental skills for polymerizations.

• Good synthetic experimental skills for synthesis of copolymers.

• Good synthetic experimental skills for polymer materials or porous polymer materials. 

• Good knowledge of synthetic polymer chemistry.

• Good writing skills for publication in good academic journals.
