Research Fellow (Perovskite Solar Cells)

A Research Fellow position is available in the Centre for Micro and Nano-Electronics, School of Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore.

Job Description:

We are seeking for an enthusiastic PhD degree holder in the field of perovskite solar cells to fill the position of Research Fellow. The job scope includes:

• Develop high efficiency, stable perovskite solar cells for space application

• Carry out the fabrication and testing of perovskite single junction and/or tandem solar cells

• Assist in supervising the students involved in the project

Job Requirements:

• PhD degree in relevant discipline area such as Chemistry/Materials Science/Electrical Engineering/Electronics

• Preferably at least 1 year experience in design, device fabrication and characterization of perovskite solar cells

• Strong background in the development of solution-processed electronic devices, especially on polymer semiconductors and organic-inorganic hybrid materials

• Good publication record

• Good communication skills in written and oral English

• Ability to work in a team as well as independently without supervision

• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
