Research Fellow (Information Systems / Management / Business)

A Research Fellow position is available in the Algorand Centre of Excellence at NTU (ACE@NTU), Nanyang Technological University, Singapore.

Key Responsibilities include but not limited to the following:

The research fellow will support faculty on these aspects:

• Provide effective and efficient project management on the research project, and to act as the first point of contact for research and administrative aspects of the project

• Conduct literature review, scan and synthesize scholarly and academic research articles, prepare case studies, technical reports and research papers

• Implement the data collection including the conduct of interviews, design and administration of surveys where required

• Enter, clean and analyze the collected data, and perform the appropriate qualitative data analyses

The research fellow will also provide support to ACE in the following aspects:

• Design and develop course materials in Blockchain for undergraduates, postgraduate and lifelong learning courses

• Participate in collaborative discussion with potential partners from government agencies and industry

• Advise and mentor students on blockchain projects

Key Competencies and Qualification Requirements:

• Applicants must have a PhD in any of the following: Information Systems, Management, or Business disciplines

• Familiar with the topic of blockchain and with qualitative methodologies

• Interest in the following:

1) conducting interviews,

2) administering surveys or other standardized questionnaires; and

3) analyzing qualitative data
