Research Fellow (In-Memory Computing Devices)

A Research Fellow position is available in the Centre for OptoElectronics and Biophotonics, School of Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore.

Job Description:

• Fabrication of large-scale 2D electronic devices

• Electrical characterizations of devices

• Publish results in high impact journals

• Support PI to run the research group and provide guidance to junior members when required

Job Requirements:

• Ph.D. degree in related area (material science, applied physics, electronics, etc) from reputable universities/institutes

• Extensive experience in emerging memory and computing devices, in terms of both equipment and scientific understanding

• At least 2 first-author publications in high-impact journals 

• Highly motivated to carry out competitive research projects

• Being a reliable individual to work independently and collaborate with others

• Proficiency in English
