Are you an ambitious researcher looking for your next challenge? Do you have a background in immunology, high throughout genome sequencing and analysis? Do you want to further your career in one of the UK’s leading research-intensive Universities? This post is funded from a senior fellowship grant awarded to Associate Professor Dr Sinisa Savic. The aim of the fellowship is to investigate the role of post-zygotic, somatic mutations in the pathogenesis of various immune mediated inflammatory diseases and their influence on response to treatment. There are already well-established collaborations, locally, nationally and internationally to ensure that post holder will have access to rich, unique, and well-defined patient cohorts. Furthermore, there are established links with NIHR-BioResource, Leeds NIHR Biomedical centre and UK Biobank. The post holder will be working closely with another PDRF, two PhD students and two clinical fellows to deliver objectives of this project.
