Are you an ambitious researcher looking for your next challenge? Do you have a background in behavioural science or psychology? Do you want to further your career in one of the UK’s leading research intensive Universities?

You will contribute to the Cancer Research UK funded Aspirin for Cancer Prevention (AsCaP) catalyst award. AsCaP is a multi-institution award, and the current post will be responsible for delivering the workstream related to behavioural science and cancer prevention. This work is being led by Dr Samuel Smith. You will be involved in the preparation, analysis and write-up of studies involving public attitudes towards the use of aspirin for cancer prevention. You will have experience of undertaking mixed methods research involving both surveys and semi-structured interviews, as well as an understanding of the psychological factors influencing preventive therapy decision-making.
