You will be working in a multidisciplinary team in collaboration with scientist from University of Surrey and Pirbright.
The role requires to develop a novel AI tool to automatically search the literature and public repositories for occurrence of African Swine fever and relevant environmental variables.
You’ll need to have;
- A PhD in a relevant discipline such as Physics, Mathematics, Computer Science or Engineering.
- A good understanding of mathematical biology.
- Good understanding of systematic review.
- AI skills and experience in searching database (e.g, from systematic reviews, systematic evidence map, etc.).
