Research Fellow (Energy Storage System)

School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering (NTU EEE) invites applications for the position of Research Fellow. The research fellow will work on project on Li-ion battery ageing analysis and experiment testing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform experiment testing for Li-ion batteries

• Development of heath indicators based on the experiment testing data

• Development of machine learning models for battery health assessment and remaining useful life prediction

Job Requirements:

• PhD degree in Electrical Engineering or related field

• Expert knowledge in Li-ion batteries and machine learning techniques, as well experiment testing

• Research experience with battery ageing analysis, machine learning model development

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

• Strong analytical and conceptual abilities

• Able to work independently and in a team to realize proposed research work

• Publication track record is an advantage

• Proficiency in basics of programming languages such as matlab and Python
