Research Fellow (Computer Science/Electrical & Electronic Engineering)

The School of Computer Science and Engineering (SCSE) invites applications for the position of Research Fellow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research on Generative AI and large language models with applications in NLP, AI-assisted programming, cybersecurity, edge computing and networks.

  • Publish in top research publications. 

  • Assist in research project management and software development.

Job Requirements:

  • A PhD degree in Computer Science, Electrical and Electronic Engineering, or their equivalent

  • Good publication record in areas like networking, machine learning and generative AI

  • Strong mathematical foundation, e.g., optimization theory, statistics, information theory

  • Good software development skills
