Research Fellow (Computer Science)

The School of Computer Science and Engineering (SCSE) invites applications for the position of Research Fellow. 

Key Responsibilities: 

The Research Fellow is going to work on the broad area of design automation and embedded systems, including but not limited to the following topics:

• Work with the research associates and project officer to work on the application-level architecture design and the system-level architecture design.

• Design new hardware devices including on-chip routers with new features and the advantage of new hardware technologies.

• Conduct hardware-related performance evaluation such as chip area and energy/power consumption analysis.

• Research on low-power and thermal-aware processor architecture.

Job Requirements: 

• Doctor’s degree in Computer Science

• Experience in machine learning, deep learning, computer system design and performance, design automation, embedded systems, real-time systems, computer architecture, computer-aided design, etc. or related fields

• Experienced applicants are preferred.

• Entry level applicants are welcome to apply

• Good spoken and written English
