Research Fellow (Catalyst Design)

The School of Materials Science and Engineering (MSE) invites applications for the position of Research Fellow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Electrochemical process on interface phenomena

• Catalyst development

• Ammonia cracking

• Simulation of scaled up process

• Interface with machine learning group on database set up

Job Requirements:

• Ph. D in Chemistry/ Materials Science/Physics

• Candidates with strong background in Materials chemistry/Physical chemistry

• Experience with electrochemical system (electrocatalyst) and catalytic process

• Encourage initiating activities on battery development, devising, and analytic process

• Experience on machine learning will be preferred

• Good command of oral and written English

• Candidate with strong publication/patent records will be preferred
