Do you have a background in healthcare or Applied Health Research?  Do you want to further your career in one of the UK’s leading research-intensive Universities?

We are looking for an enthusiastic Research Fellow (0.6fte) to work in the School of Healthcare on an exciting and novel NIHR-funded study.

The Comprehensive Geriatrician-led Medication Review (CHARMER) programme is a five-year programme of research to design and test the effects of implementing a deprescribing quality improvement intervention across hospitals in England. The intervention is designed to change geriatrician and pharmacist behaviour. If the project progresses to full trial, there is the potential to extend the position until 30/06/2025. The research programme is being led by the University of Leicester with collaborators at the universities of Leeds, East Anglia, York, Newcastle, Norfolk and Norwich University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust and Cambridge University NHS Foundation Trust.
