Are you an early career researcher looking for your first challenge? Do you have a background in organizational psychology? Do you want to further your career in one of the UK’s leading research intensive Universities?
COVID-19 changed where we work and hybrid working has become the norm for many office workers. Many organisations are seeking to support their employees adapt to this change, learn lessons about what works well and what could be improved as they settle into a ‘new normal’. The University of Leeds is seeking to evaluate and learn good practice from its Future Ways of Working programme and pilot workspaces.
The Socio-Technical Centre (STC) at Leeds University Business School is seeking a Research Fellow to help support this evaluation project. The Research Fellow will actively support the evaluation work conducted within the University. The role will involve engaging with a range of stakeholders involved in the transition to new ways of working, using surveys, interviews, workshops and audio diaries. Expertise in quantitative and qualitative research is essential and experience of mixed-methods research is desirable. Experience of working as part of a multi-disciplinary team and researching hybrid working are essential. This is an excellent opportunity to gain applied research experience looking at an issue that is central to the future of work and to be part of a vibrant research community within the Socio-Technical Centre.
