Research Fellow (0.5 FTE)

The School of Medicine, Dentistry & Biomedical Sciences (MDBS) at Queen’s University Belfast, is currently seeking to appoint an exceptional candidate to the post of Research Fellow.
The successful candidate will be an active member of the Wellcome-Wolfson Institute for Experimental Medicine project team assisting in the planning and delivery of the research activity within critical care/respiratory research programme including set-up and delivery of a process evaluation within the Remote Rehabilitation After Intensive Care (iREHAB) project.
The successful candidate must have, and your application should clearly demonstrate you have:
- Relevant degree;
- Have or be about to obtain a PhD (in relevant area) i.e. within the next 3 months;
- A minimum of 3 years postgraduate experience; and
- Experience in common methodologies used in process evaluation (e.g. qualitative interviews and surveys).

This is a fixed term contract for 24 months, or until 31 December 2024, whichever is sooner. Fixed term contract posts are available for the stated period in the first instance but in particular circumstances may be renewed or made permanent subject to availability of funding.
