The Precision Brain Health Initiative is an effort to collect and share digital and linked clinical brain health data through collaborations with existing cohort studies, including the BU Alzheimer’s Disease Research Center, Framingham Heart Study and Davos Alzheimer’s Collaborative. This is an intermediate data analyst position within the Precision Brain Health Initiative. The candidate will work on a resolving series of data analysis and management projects that include but are not limited to working closely with investigators on long-term and short-term projects, in which they have central responsibility for conducting quality control and cleaning of data, curating and harmonizing in preparation for data analysis, conducting data analysis using a range of biostatistical and bioinformatic methods, and doing administrative tasks that improve efficiencies and effectiveness of use of data to both internal and external investigators. This position will have cross-group interactions and the person will be cross-trained with other data management/analyst staff and students.
Master’s degree, 1-2 years of experience, advanced programming skills for data management and analysis. Experience with SAS, R, SPSS or Python. Preferences: Advanced experience in SAS highly preferred.
