Job Description:

Coordinate project activities and collaborate with other team members under the supervision of the Principal Investigators/Co-Principal Investigators to support the implementation of sponsored-project activities. Among these functions are:
• Develop, execute, and evaluate sponsored projects implementation activities and timelines
• Facilitate and actively contribute to research/project team meetings
• Contribute substantially to the production and dissemination of project-related reports

Supervision
• Educate, mentor, and supervise research staff, including students, OPS, or other research team members or coordinators.

Engage in ongoing research, scholarship, and dissemination activities that align with the mission of the Anita Zucker Center, including research, scholarship, and dissemination activities associated with sponsored-project activities.

Perform other relevant Center operations and professional service activities, as requested.

Expected Salary:

Salary is commensurate with education and experience.

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate area and three years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s or doctoral degree in early childhood education, special education, psychology or a related field.
• Experience with coordination of sponsored-project activities
• Experience with embedded intervention, practitioner, or caregiver coaching, and evidence-informed professional development
• Experience working with children birth through age 5
• Knowledge and practice developing and delivering professional development to professionals serving children birth through age 5 or their caregivers.
• Effective communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated strength in organization and efficiency meeting deadlines
• Experience collecting qualitative or quantitative data
• Experience analyzing qualitative or quantitative data
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; REDCap; and applications for developing online professional development materials or video editing
