Summary

The Baylor College of Medicine, Margaret M. and Albert B. Alkek Department of Medicine, is currently seeking a Research Coordinator II. As the Research Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting the Principal Investigator on supporting the Patient-Centered Outcomes Research Institute (PCORI) study and other post award administrative duties as assigned. 

Job Duties

• Ensures accurate data collection, documentation, organization and safety of research participants.
• Ensures compliance with all project protocol guidelines.
• Assists with writing and maintaining the accuracy and efficiency of the manual of operations.
• Assists PI with achieving and managing milestones for the study.
• Assists PI with managing clinical trial site specific projects related to the feasibility phase of the study
• Prepares outgoing subcontracts and review incoming subcontracts.
• Contributes to the preparation of budgets for grant quarterly/biannual/annual reporting purposes.
• Prepares financial reports and track research mission financials for department leadership review for financial performance of grants and contracts. 
• Assists with arranging project related collaborative conferences.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Four years of related experience may substitute for degree requirement.
• One year of relevant experience.
