WHAT YOU WILL DO
Manages administrative and operational tasks associated with conducting qualitative research study in support of the funded research project.
Maintains a CRM-type database of research participants and all the materials associated with them (i.e. video recordings, transcripts, etc.) while maintaining confidentiality of participants.
Schedules participants for interviews with faculty.
Maintains timely communication with research participants.
Converts interviews to transcripts by downloading interview recordings, submitting the recordings to a transcription service, ensuring timely completion of transcripts by service, and checking the quality of transcripts by proofreading.
Keeps track of all aspects of the project using project management tools.
Organizes and maintains document repositories on Google Drive.
Coordinates and follows up with research faculty to accomplish project tasks.
Coordinates any research-related travel for faculty.
Assists with the creation of research presentations associated with the study.
Assumes additional responsibilities as required.

WHAT EDUCATION AND SKILLS YOU WILL NEED
Associate’s degree and/or equivalent work experience.
A minimum of 1-3 years of related experience.
Must have strong organization skills, a high attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.
Must be able to maintain confidential information at all times.
Previous project management experience.
Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment.
Must have strong oral and written communication skills.
Must have strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Suite, Trello.

HOW AND WHERE YOU WILL WORK
All Babson College faculty and staff authorized to work on campus must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19, including any appropriate boosters . With the exception of a weekly meeting, hours are flexible.
This position can be in person, remote, or a combination of both.
