Research Associate, Health Psychology, Health Services & Public Health [LKCMedicine]

Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine (LKCMedicine) population and global health is a unique and powerful resource for studying health disease mechanisms, patient experience and outcomes and for investigating the links between genes, the environment, health and disease, enabling translational care for the benefit of patients.

We are looking for a Research Associate to manage complex RCT on evaluation of lifestyle application with human support for non-responders. This is an opportunity to be involved in exciting, innovative and impactful research.

Kay Responsibilities:

• Recruitment and contact with RCT participants

• Data entry/analyses

• Health coaching duties (trained and coached in Motivational interviewing).

• To provide human support for non responders via tele-means. May be required to work evenings or weekend (with suitable adjustment for working days/times)

Key Competencies and Requirements:

• BSC HON; MSC in health sciences, psychology or related field

• Research experience and MSC research thesis

• Statistical skills and Good all-round database skills

• Ability to take initiative and generate results

• Excellent organisational, communication, interpersonal and administrative skills
