II – Who We Are Looking For?

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Research Analyst to join our team, supporting our team of machine learning developers. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in research methodologies, coupled with a keen interest in AI, machine learning, and its practical applications. This role demands excellent analytical skills, the ability to conduct thorough research, and strong written and verbal communication skills, ensuring effective collaboration within the machine learning development team.

 

III – What Will Be Your Responsibilities?

(i) Conduct in-depth research on various topics related to AI, data science, and business solutions, focusing specifically on machine learning algorithms and their applications. (ii) Analyze and synthesize complex information from diverse sources, including academic journals, industry reports, and online resources, to identify emerging trends and promising research directions. (iii) Develop clear and concise reports and presentations summarizing research findings, ensuring that the information is presented effectively and understandably to both technical and non-technical audiences. (iv) Assist in the development of new AI models and data-driven solutions by providing insights from research, collaborating closely with the machine learning development team to translate research findings into practical applications. (v) Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and related fields, particularly in machine learning, deep learning, and related algorithms, to maintain a comprehensive understanding of the current landscape.

IV – What Is Required from You?

(i) Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field is required. This ensures a strong foundation in relevant technical knowledge. Equivalent work experience in a related field may also be considered. This allows individuals with significant experience in research or related fields to be considered. (ii) Experience: 1+ years of experience in a research-oriented role, preferably focused on machine learning or a related field, is required. This ensures a practical understanding of research methodologies and the ability to conduct independent research. (iii) Expertise

: Strong research and analytical skills are essential. This includes the ability to conduct thorough literature reviews, analyze complex data, and draw meaningful conclusions. Proficiency in conducting literature reviews, demonstrating the ability to identify and critically evaluate relevant research sources, is also expected. Proficiency in data analysis techniques and tools, such as Python, R, or SQL, is expected. This enables the processing and analysis of large datasets. (iv) Knowledge: Familiarity with AI concepts, data science methodologies, and business applications of AI is a must. A broad understanding of AI concepts and applications is crucial for conducting effective research. A deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, including supervised and unsupervised learning, is critical. This ensures the ability to grasp the intricacies of machine learning models and their potential applications. (v) Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential. This enables the effective communication of complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. The ability to work independently and as part of a team, showcasing adaptability and collaboration skills, is expected. This demonstrates the ability to contribute effectively in both individual and collaborative research environments. Strong organizational and time management skills are crucial for managing multiple research projects concurrently. This ensures the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain a structured workflow. (vi)Language: Fluent in Turkish and English, both written and spoken, is required for effective communication and research.
