PagerDuty is seeking a Renewals Manager to join our diverse, customer-focused team! As a Renewals Manager you will be reporting into the Senior Director of Global Renewals to support a growing sales and customer success organisation. You will be working within an established territory in Europe, Middle East and Africa, liaising with customers daily by phone and email to prepare and execute on quarterly renewals plans.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of customers across Europe, Middle East, and Africa.
Use data to understand the level of adoption and assess the risk in renewing existing contracts alongside internal teams.
Identify upsell opportunities and partner with the sales team to drive upsells as part of renewal.
Track and report on key metrics for renewals
Maintain activities, next steps, and clear close plans for all renewals in the next 90 days
Basic Qualifications
Renewals Experience
Experience managing a large portfolio of customers
Fluency in English
Preferred Qualifications
SaaS Experience
Team Based Selling Experience
Quoting Experience
Closing Experience
Salesforce.com competency
