While we are preparing for opening, the job posting will reflect our corporate office location in Wisconsin, but this is a remote position, based in Washington D.C.

Opening fall 2026, this resort will feature 907 rooms and suites, complimentary Wi-Fi throughout, free parking, our signature waterpark, and so much more! 

We invite you to apply for our open Remote Sales Manager position with Kalahari Resort & Conventions in Spotsylvania County, Virginia. Reporting to the property Director of Sales, this position must be based within commuting distance from metro Washington D.C. Your primary objective is to solicit, develop, and maintain accounts in the Government and Corporate market segments through direct sales efforts, while ensuring that budgeted financial results are achieved and exceeded. This position will be remote, with frequent travel to the resort upon opening.

Assigned Focus & Background 

• The assigned market segments for this position will primarily be Corporate and Government/Military in the Washington D.C. metro area.
• An expert understanding and at least two years’ experience in government/military procurement or contracting is required.
• At least two years’ hotel sales experience is desired, with proven success in prospecting, developing, and closing group business.
