This includes leveraging marketing leads, cold calls, and market insights to expand our market presence.Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct rigorous prospecting to secure new business and foster growth.
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations and technical presentations, including active participation in trade shows.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with existing customers and prospects across all levels.
  • Manage customer projects from inception to completion, ensuring satisfaction and facilitating product development.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to drive customer satisfaction and business growth.
  • Develop strategic account and territory plans to elevate sales with diverse customer decision-makers.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as quoting, forecasting, and budgeting using CRM tools.
  • Optimize travel within the territory to maximize customer interactions and budget efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in the packaging industry, preferably in thermoforming.
  • Proven ability to secure new customers and expand market share with existing ones.
  • Proficiency in value-based selling strategies and relationship building.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers.
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Excellent analytical abilities to drive profit optimization strategies.
  • Willingness to travel frequently.
