• Manage the reimbursement process for private pay collections and facility type payers.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize revenue collection and minimize delinquencies.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and billing guidelines.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve billing discrepancies and improve processes.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track departmental performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Prepare regular reports for management regarding reimbursement activities and outcomes

• Minimum 5 years experience in healthcare setting
• Minimum 2 years experience leading/supervising staff in a healthcare collections or billing setting
• Minimum 2 years experience with goverment compliance or payer audits preferred

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent required. College preferred
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English Language
