Do you live and study in Austria? For our location in Vienna we are looking for a working student (m/f/d), preferably from 30 hours a week to full-time (38.5 hours) to support the regulatory affairs teams in Austria and Switzerland to ensure compliance of the existing CHC portfolio.

Task description

• Support for the lifecycle management of existing portfolio in Austria and Switzerland (medicinal products Rx and OTC, cosmetics, food supplements and medical devices)
• Regulatory database maintenance
• Contribution to updating and reviewing the product information (SmPC/Patient leaflet/Labeling)
• Support for the update and review of artworks
• Management of health authority portal updates
• Organization of administrative documents (PoA, CPP, etc.)
• Participation in and coordination of regulatory projects

Requirements & Qualifications

• University degree in pharmacy or other life science discipline such as Biology, Medicine, Chemistry, etc. is preferred
• First experiences in working in a pharma or medical device company would be an advantage
• Fluent in German and English (French or Italian in addition would be an asset)
• Proficiency in MS Office package and interest in working with database systems
• Accurate and precise working attitude
• Strong time management and prioritization skills
• Teamplayer and good communication skills
• Good project management and organizational skills
