Do you live and study in Austria? For our location in Vienna we are looking for a working student (m/f/d), preferably from 30 hours a week to full-time (38.5 hours) to support the regulatory affairs teams in Austria and Switzerland to ensure compliance of the existing CHC portfolio.
Task description
- Support for the lifecycle management of existing portfolio in Austria and Switzerland (medicinal products Rx and OTC, cosmetics, food supplements and medical devices)
- Regulatory database maintenance
- Contribution to updating and reviewing the product information (SmPC/Patient leaflet/Labeling)
- Support for the update and review of artworks
- Management of health authority portal updates
- Organization of administrative documents (PoA, CPP, etc.)
- Participation in and coordination of regulatory projects
Requirements & Qualifications
- University degree in pharmacy or other life science discipline such as Biology, Medicine, Chemistry, etc. is preferred
- First experiences in working in a pharma or medical device company would be an advantage
- Fluent in German and English (French or Italian in addition would be an asset)
- Proficiency in MS Office package and interest in working with database systems
- Accurate and precise working attitude
- Strong time management and prioritization skills
- Teamplayer and good communication skills
- Good project management and organizational skills
