You will be able to quickly establish your credibility and form positive working relationships. Working with, and influencing, peers and colleagues at all levels to achieve positive outcomes

You will be comfortable working with complex systems and datasets with the ability to use both to analyse situations, do root cause analysis and solve problems. You should enjoy sharing good practice, making sustainable contributions and upskilling others either with new tools, materials or skills.
