Avera is currently seeking Registered Nurses (RN) looking to deliver the best possible nursing care in Avera’s patient-focused settings.

**$3,000 Sign-On Bonus**

Position Highlights:

Job Summary

• Provides for the delivery of professional RN nursing care. Avera McKennan requires all nurses to practice in a competent level within the ANA Standards of Clinical Nursing Practice.

Education and/or Experience

• Graduate from a CCNE or NLN accredited nursing program is strongly preferred. Graduate from an approved nursing program is acceptable.
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred.

Licensure/Certification/Registration

• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of South Dakota and/or meeting the requirements of Multi-state licensure required.

Work Schedule

• Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm, 72hrs/2wks

Pay

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.

• $26.25 – $39.25 per hour
