Your responsibilities will include:

  • Establishing and nurturing relationships with commercial customers through proactive sales efforts, including phone calls and in-person visits within the assigned territory.
  • Developing and achieving Annual Territory Sales Plan targets for revenue, profitability, and market growth.
  • Providing quotes, negotiating contract terms, and closing sales while showcasing the features and benefits of our products.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Offering technical sales assistance for power generation, HVAC equipment, and other related applications.
  • Driving ‘step changes’ in business results through strategic sales initiatives.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of direct business-to-business sales experience, preferably in the construction or building services industry.
  • Advanced knowledge of the targeted NY/Long Island territory and its market dynamics.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools such as Salesforce to manage customer interactions and sales activities.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
