Job Role:

  • Originating and developing new relationships with emphasis on MFIs and NBFCs and managing existing credit relationships to achieve volume & revenue budgets.
  • Responsible for achieving business budgets wrt volumes and revenue in Southern region. 
  • Assisting in developing and implementing strategic marketing plans as well as administering and monitoring relationships.
  • Regularly monitoring credit quality of client portfolio and make recommendation to business strategies.
  • Ensuring CMS and Corporate Salary set ups for the customers. Achieving Fx income targets. 
  • Crystallizing value added deals with clients having high fee potential
  • Maintaining good relationships & working closely with RL and other verticals of the Bank

Job Requirements:

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills 
  • Chartered Accountant with 3 years of experience. 
  • MBA Finance with minimum 5 years of experience
  • Good analytical skills
  • Experience in lending to MFIs (Microfinance) and structured products.
