Job Role:
Originating and developing new relationships with emphasis on MFIs and NBFCs and managing existing credit relationships to achieve volume & revenue budgets.
Responsible for achieving business budgets wrt volumes and revenue in Southern region.
Assisting in developing and implementing strategic marketing plans as well as administering and monitoring relationships.
Regularly monitoring credit quality of client portfolio and make recommendation to business strategies.
Ensuring CMS and Corporate Salary set ups for the customers. Achieving Fx income targets.
Crystallizing value added deals with clients having high fee potential
Maintaining good relationships & working closely with RL and other verticals of the Bank
Job Requirements:
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Chartered Accountant with 3 years of experience.
MBA Finance with minimum 5 years of experience
Good analytical skills
Experience in lending to MFIs (Microfinance) and structured products.
