13013The positionWe are seeking for a Regional Marketing Manager (Mental Health/) (f/m/d) with a proven experience in a mental health /psychiatry therapeutic area, to join our dynamic team. As a Regional Marketing Manager for the mental health innovative portfolio, you will play a critical role in transforming the mental health treatment landscape and making a difference in lives of patients with complex mental health conditions.Tasks & responsibilities

  • Accountable for preparation and initial launch and subsequent success of the mental health innovative pipeline across the region
  • Drive development and implementation of the strategic launch plans in a cross-functional team setting.
  • Plan, oversee, and directly execute the core brand strategy and tactics across the region
  • Work in close collaboration within the regional therapeutic area core team as well as with the local therapeutic area teams

Requirements

  • Health Sciences Master’s or PhD degree; Psychiatry specialisation is an asset
  • Psychiatry therapeutic area experience in a multinational pharmaceutical company is an asset
  • Having CEE Experience is an asset
  • Strong strategic thinking abilities, with the capacity to develop long-term plans and anticipate market trends
  • Strong leadership skills in a matrix and cross-functional setting
  • Profound knowledge in data analysis and utilization of market insights in decision making
  • Business Proficiency in English

The remuneration for this position starts at EUR 85.000 gross annual salary (full time).
