The Office of People and Success have a focus on developing and retaining talent across the entire institution through promoting lifelong learning and the design and delivery of relevant and timely professional development for students, staff, and alumni regardless of their stage of career. The Office also work closely with Schools and Divisions throughout the University to deliver a range of strategic and operational HR services and outcomes. We are currently seeking an Employability Systems Officer within the Alumni, Employer Collaboration and Projects team in the Office of People.

The Employability Systems Officer is a systems solutions partner for the Office of People. They also provide technical maintenance for the systems utilised to deliver work by the Office of People and collaborate with other teams throughout the University to optimise these systems.

To be successful in the role, applicants will possess relevant qualifications and experience and have a thorough understanding of the work delivered within the team.

This is a full-time, fixed term position until 6 November 2023 based at the Kingswood campus, although travel to other campuses of the University will be required.

Remuneration Package: HEW Level 6 $100,670 to $107,945 p.a. (comprising Salary of $85,067 to $91,215 p.a., plus Superannuation and Leave Loading)
