If you want to work with us on shaping the future of employability and making major impacts in the lives of students and people, the Office of People are hiring. We seek a Careers and Employment Assistant to work with students, graduates and employers to employ students and graduates in work.

The Careers and Employment Assistant maintains relationships between the Office of People and Success and its many stakeholders, including external employers, students and graduates. The positions primary focus is to support students, graduates and industry partners achieve employment and career progression outcomes. 

To be successful, you’ll need amazing organisational skills, the ability to engage with a wide range of people, great written and verbal communications skills and a strong interest in recruitment/human resources.

This is a full-time, fixed term position based at the Penrith campus until 31 March, 2023 (with a possible extension).

Remuneration Package: HEW Level 4 $81,282 to $86,609 p.a. (comprising Salary of $68,684 to $73,186 p.a., plus Superannuation and Leave Loading)
