About the Role
The Office of People is responsible for providing strategic leadership and operational implementation of human resource strategies relating to the attraction, retention, development and management of professional and academic staff in the University. Its functions include HR Operations and Payroll, Employment Relations and HR Partnerships, Inclusion and Wellbeing, Student Support Services, Talent and Employability, and Work, Health, Safety and Wellbeing.

The Executive Assistant will provide dedicated executive support to the Chief People Officer, as well as acting as the first point of contact for the Office of People for both internal and external stakeholders. The role is responsible for a range of services including complex diary management, triage and collation of correspondence, management of committee actions and requirements, and the provision of document and report preparation support.

About You
To be successful in the role, the incumbent will have superior organisation and time-management skills, an eye for detail, and be passionate about providing individualised executive support in a fast paced environment.

This is a full-time, ongoing position based at the Hawkesbury campus, although travel to other campuses of the University will be required.

Remuneration package: HEW Level 6 $100,670 to $107,945 p.a. (comprising Salary of $85,067 to $91,215 p.a., plus Superannuation and Leave Loading)
