About the role
The Associate Research Fellow is a jointly funded position between the University and Western Sydney Primary Health Network (WSPHN). The Fellow will work as part of an interdisciplinary team spanning the School of Computer, Data, and Mathematical Sciences (SCDMS), the Translational Health Research Institute (THRI) and WSPHN. The position will be co-located within THRI and WSPHN, and the Fellow will be required to work at multiple sites in Parramatta, Campbelltown and Westmead. The Fellow will conduct research and evaluation in priority areas in primary health care in Western Sydney, relating to chronic disease outcomes, primary health care data infrastructure, and capacity development in health data analytics. The Fellow will also contribute to the delivery of teaching programs in the School of Computer, Data and Mathematical Sciences.

The successful candidate must have the ability to multitask and priortise duties across research programs; work and communicate effectively in a complex environment with a capacity to work independently and collaboratively, and have the ability negotiate acceptable approaches and outcomes where there are differing requirements with a wide range of research stakeholders and academic partners
Full time, fixed term position for 3 years.
Remuneration Package: Academic Level A $100,686 to $121,646 p.a. (comprising Salary of $85,081 to $102,792 p.a., plus Superannuation and Leave Loading).
