The Office of Estate and Commercial is seeking to appoint a Graduate Planner – Estate and Commercial.

The position is responsible for the provision of statutory and strategic planning support to the Director, Estate Master Planning and Strategy, Strategic Planning Manager, and the Planning and Design Teams.

The position will assist with the preparation of planning documentation, delivery of strategic planning projects and the provision of specialist planning advice. The position is also responsible for supporting business improvements including development of administrative processes to support effective and productive team output.

The successful candidate will have completed (within the last 12 months) or completing (within 3 months) an undergraduate degree or higher degree in a relevant discipline (e.g. Planning, Architecture, Urban Design, Geography, or a related discipline), have demonstrated knowledge of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979, the Heritage Act 1977 and relevant planning policies and understanding of and ability to research and prepare policies, guidelines and procedures related to strategic planning and urban design.

This position is based at the Hawkesbury campus, although travel to other campuses of the University may be required.

Remuneration Package: HEW Level 4 $81,282 to $86,609 p.a. (comprising Salary of $68,684 to $73,186 p.a., plus Superannuation and Leave Loading)
