The Western Success Team within the Office of Student Experience and Marketing are seeking a Western Success Team Leader to join the team full time until 30 March 2023.

The vision for Western Success is bold and transformational, personalising the student experience across the entire institution. The aim of Western Success is to connect students with advisors who will provide guidance that is ‘just in time’, ‘just enough’ and ‘just for them’ to empower them to succeed in higher education. Research indicates students are more likely to persist and succeed if they engage with studies and University life.

The Western Success Team Leader is responsible for monitoring the provision of high levels of customer service delivered by the Western Success Advisors, and the smooth daily operation of all services across multiple engagements and channels. The position supports the Western Success Leadership Team in the implementation of quality assurance and continuous improvement processes as well as monitoring staff development and training programs.

To be successful in this position, you will have strong communication skills and institutional knowledge to best support a young and dynamic team of Advisors. Experience in a call centre or similar and with information management systems will be highly regarded.

Please note, the successful applicants must be flexible as work outside of regular working hours, across multiple campuses and/or virtually is required. As part of SEM, you will be part of and contribute to an efficient and collaborative team where day to day practice and work is driven by our articulated values.

This is a full-time, fixed term position until 30 March 2023 based at the Penrith campus.

Remuneration Package: HEW Level 5 $87,744 to $99,381 p.a. (comprising Salary of $74,145 to $83,978 p.a., plus Superannuation and Leave Loading)
