About the Role

The Office of Governance Services is seeking a Governance Officer to join a team of dedicated and committed staff in the delivery of business associated with the Secretariat.

You will be responsible for providing all aspects of secretariat support services to the governing bodies of the University, as well as managing a range of corporate information and functions, including Records and Archives Management, Policy and Delegations, University Elections, Student Misconduct, Privacy and Right to Information.

About You

To be successful in this position, you should have a strong command over written English, a keen eye for detail and demonstrated strong note taking skills. You will need to possess good team building skills to coordinate the work within the team with the ability to effectively multitask in a high volume and time critical environment.

Remuneration Package: HEW Level 5 $87,744 to $99,381 p.a. (comprising Salary of $74,145 to $83,978 p.a., plus Superannuation and Leave Loading)
